Adroite Capitorc started in 2023 with a fairly ordinary frustration. A few of us had spent years building quantitative models for institutional desks, and friends kept asking the same thing over dinner: "Can't you just build something like that for regular people?" For a long time the honest answer was no. The tools were too complex, too expensive, and frankly a bit intimidating.
So we tried. The first prototype was rough. It worked, sort of, but the interface looked like a spreadsheet had a bad day. We spent most of the following year rebuilding it around one question: would a first-time investor in Moncton or Kelowna actually understand what's happening on this screen? That question still guides almost every decision we make.
Our mission
Our mission is simple to say and hard to do: make disciplined, data-driven trading accessible, understandable and safe for everyday Canadians. That means building AI that explains itself, risk controls that actually hold, and pricing that doesn't hide anything in the fine print.

Who's behind the platform
Our team brings together backgrounds in quantitative finance, machine learning, cybersecurity and customer support. Many of us have worked at banks, brokerages and fintech start-ups. Most importantly, we all use the platform ourselves, so when something annoys users, it usually annoys us first.
